Our claims team pursues claims diligently on behalf of our clients, with the objective of achieving prompt and satisfactory settlements. Unlike many of our competitors, we expect to be actively involved from the beginning to the close of all claims. Where this is not possible because of the nature of a claim (for example a liability claim) we constantly monitor the activity of the insurer concerned to ensure that our clients’ best interests are to the forefront. We are acutely aware that the cost of a claim eventually reflects in premium levels and we work on behalf of our clients to ensure that these remain competitive.
